Biffles is up for grabs

Biffles is a big, sweet, blue-eyed, 3-year-old marshmallow cat who was found hungry, hurt and covered in dirt.

The cat is off the streets and in foster care via the Animal Care and Control team. He is looking for a permanent home.

Biffles can live with other friendly cats, but not with dogs. He is neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated, and has tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.

Isn’t she precious?

Precious is an adorable 37-pound terrier mix with a dark brindle coat and super-expressive ears.

The dog was not taught any manners in her previous home, but is learning them at Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave. Her tag number is 15569158.

Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••

Eugene is on his toes

Eugene is neutered and current on all vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
