Joshua Gutierrez, 22, has lived on the 4700 block of Shelmire Ave. in Holmesburg as well as the 500 block of E. Ashmead St. in East Germantown and the 2700 block of Waterloo St. in Fairhill, authorities said.

The carjackings occurred at unspecified locations in the city on June 7 and 8. In each, Gutierrez and several accomplices allegedly threatened men at gunpoint and stole their vehicles, wallets and mobile phones.

Gutierrez is considered armed and dangerous. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds and has a tattoo on his left forearm of two clown faces bracketed by the words, “That’s Life.”
