A 15-year-old girl has informed police about a possible adult male stalker in the area of Hasbrook Avenue and Lardner Street in Lawndale.
The girl contacted authorities on March 24 after encountering the suspicious man while walking to school at about 8 a.m. The girl said she has seen the same man three or four times in the same location sitting in a white Ford pickup truck. On one occasion, the man yelled out to the girl and called her to “come closer,” police said.
The man has been described as Latino, in his late 30s or early 40s, with black hair and sideburns and a chubby face. He drives a white Ford pickup. Call 215–686-TIPS or text to PPDTIP to report information. ••
