The incident occurred at about 2:20 a.m. on the 6100 block of Shisler St. when two men allegedly broke into an occupied rowhouse. Patrol officers went to the scene and arrested one man on location, but a second suspect fled. Detectives obtained surveillance video of the unknown wanted man.

The clip shows the suspect apparently tampering with the lock on an outdoor storage container before exiting the field of view. Police did not release a description of the suspect who appeared in the grainy black-and-white video. His race is unknown. He has short dark hair and a dark Sunni style beard. He wore a long-sleeve shirt of unknown color over a white t-shirt and long pants of unknown color.

Authorities did not release information about a victim or the nature of the crimes committed, although an introduction to the video describes the incident as a home invasion, robbery and sexual assault.

Visit the Philadelphia Police channel on YouTube to see the video. Call 215–686-TIPS or text to PPDTIP to report information. ••
