School bells ring: Tacony Academy Charter, 6201 Tacony St., celebrated its brand new high school building on Friday, Oct. 16. There was a ribbon cutting ceremony and performances by the Cheyney University “Soulful Sound” Marching Band during the grand opening festivities.
