Dozens of business, civic and political leaders gathered last week at Maggie’s Waterfront Cafe in East Torresdale for a meet-and-greet event sponsored by the Times.
Guests included City Councilwoman Cherelle Parker, state Sen. John Sabatina Jr., state Reps. Martina White and Ed Neilson and state Rep.-elect Jared Solomon.
Solomon announced that his new office recently opened at 7012 Castor Ave. That’s the same office once occupied by Rep. Mark Cohen, whom Solomon beat in the Democratic primary. ••
