It took five hours, but federal agents, Philadelphia homicide detectives and suburban police have captured an 18-year-old Bucks County man suspected of murdering another teenager on a Tacony street in April.

The standoff occurred at a house on Green Lane in Bristol Township on June 1. Levittownnow.com reported the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force worked with Philly homicide investigators to find Brandan Callum, 18, at his mother’s home. Authorities arrived there in the early afternoon and searched the house with negative results. But in collaboration with police from Bristol and Bensalem Township, they employed a K-9 unit and found Callum hiding inside a piece of bedroom furniture.

No injuries were reported as a result of the arrest.

Callum was wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Tymir Outlaw, 19, on April 23 on the 6900 block of Hegerman St. Patrol cops found Outlaw, whose home address was not disclosed, in the street suffering from multiple wounds of his torso. He died at the scene within minutes.
