16-year-old Destiny Zajac was last seen Feb. 15.
Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a teenager who was last seen on the 3200 block of Holyoke Road.
Destiny Zajac, 16, was last seen in the area on Feb. 15 at 1 p.m.
Police describe her as standing 5 feet 2, weighing 130 pounds with a medium build. She has blue eyes, a light complexion and blonde hair.
