UPDATE: On Jan. 30, police released a statement saying Luisa has been located.
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Luisa Milian, who was last seen Jan. 16 on the 6700 block of Castor Avenue.

Police describe her as being 5 feet tall and weighing 115 pounds with a thin build. She is Latino with brown eyes, black hair and a light complexion.
She was wearing a black sweater and pink pants.
Milian has not had contact with her family or friends since she went missing.
