FOUND: Missing boy with autism last seen in Castor Gardens

Update (6/5/19): Police say Nathaniel Norris has returned home. 

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding a 14-year-old boy with autism who was last seen Monday evening in Castor Gardens.

Nathaniel Norris was last spotted at 5:40 p.m. May 27 on the 7100 block of Large Street, police said. In addition to autism, Nathaniel has been diagnosed with ADHD and ODD, according to authorities.

Police described Nathaniel as a 6-foot 3-inch boy who weighs 196 pounds. He has a thin build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes and black curly hair, and he was last seen wearing a red and black hoodie, tan pants, black and white sneakers and a blue backpack.

Nathaniel is known to frequent Jardel Playground, 1400 Cottman Ave., police said.
