PennDOT announced that a double left-lane closure will be in place weeknights on northbound Interstate 95 from the Ashburner Street overpass to the Bucks County line on Monday, Sept. 9, through Friday, Sept. 20, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning for pavement repair. ••
