Sept. 30 through Oct. 13

As reported by Northeast Detectives. Does not include homicides, sexual assaults, narcotics offenses or other specific crimes investigated by special police units. All locations listed by block, not by exact address.

2nd Police District

There were six robberies, all of which took place on the street. Kenneth Johnson, 18, was arrested Oct. 1 following a robbery at 900 Anchor St. Other robberies took place at 1400 McKinley St. (Oct. 6), which involved a handgun, 400 Tyson Ave. (Oct. 7), which involved a knife, the intersection at Longshore Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard (Oct. 3), which involved a weapon, 800 Bridge St. (Oct. 2) and 1800 Cottman Ave. (Oct. 4).

There were eight aggravated assaults, which yielded four arrests. Domestic assaults took place at private residences or apartment houses at 1200 Stirling St. (Oct. 5, Patrina Jackson, 44), 2100 Glendale Ave. (Oct. 12, Carl Tyrone Richardson, 32), 700 Knorr St. (Oct. 13), 2200 Cottman Ave. (Oct. 3, Nicholas Potter). Other assaults took place at private residences at 700 Landis St. (Oct. 12) and 5700 Hasbrook Ave. (Oct. 8, Giselle Camacho-Ortiz) and on the street at 4800 Roosevelt Blvd. (Oct. 6) and 500 W. Hill Creek Drive (Oct. 11).

There were eight burglaries and two attempts, most of which targeted private residences. These happened at 5900 Newtown Ave. (Oct. 9), 1000 Magee Ave. (Oct. 1), 1200 Elbridge St. (Sept. 30), 1400 Devereaux Ave. (Oct. 3), 7200 Rupert St. (Oct. 8) and 800 Brill St. (Oct. 1) as well as attempts at 1200 McKinley St. (Oct. 9) and 600 E. Cheltenham Ave. (Oct. 4). Other burglaries took place at a check cashing agency at 6000 Castor Ave. (Oct. 2) and an unlisted location at 5300 Whitaker Ave. (Oct. 8).

There were 77 thefts, which targeted 44 businesses, 19 vehicles (including seven stolen vehicle tags), six street thefts, three private residences, two apartment houses, two bicycles and a public school. Seven arrests were made.

7th Police District

There were no reported robberies.

The only reported aggravated assault took place on the street at 700 Sanford St. on Oct. 12 and involved a weapon.

The three burglaries took place at apartment houses at 9800 Northeast Blvd. (Oct. 3) and 2000 Michener St. (Oct. 3) and a private residence at 1800 Stanwood St. (Oct. 1).

There were 31 thefts, which targeted 12 businesses, eight vehicles (including a stolen vehicle tag), four street thefts, two public schools, two bicycles, two apartment houses and a private residence. Five arrests were made.

8th Police District

The two reported robberies took place at a chain store at 8000 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 9), which involved a handgun, and an unlisted location at 1400 Franklin Mills Circle (Oct. 13).

There were eight aggravated assaults. Frederick McGowan, 47, was arrested Oct. 5 following a domestic assault at an apartment house at 4200 Saint Denis Drive, and Melissa Milarsky, 49, was arrested Oct. 6 after a child abuse incident at a private residence at 2800 Chase Road. Other assaults took place on the street at 3400 Arthur St. (Oct. 1), which involved a handgun, an intersection at Academy Road and Grant Avenue (Oct. 1) and 9600 Milnor St. (Oct. 12), twice at a private residence at 9600 Milnor St. (Oct. 12) and at a prison facility at 8000 State Road (Oct. 1). 

There were seven burglaries. Monica Fuller, 51, and Christopher Leggerie, 55, were arrested Oct. 3 following a burglary of a private residence at 9500 Frankford Ave. Other burglaries took place at private residences at 8000 Erdrick St. (Oct. 3), 2900 Joey Drive (Oct. 8), 2700 Holme Ave. (Oct. 6) and 2800 Shipley Road (Oct. 8) and at apartment houses at 4400 Aberdale Road (Oct. 7) and 8000 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 9).

There were 50 thefts, which targeted 23 businesses, 15 vehicles (including a stolen car phone and four stolen vehicle tags), four bicycles, two street thefts, a private residence, a park, a hospital, a SEPTA bus/trolley, a parking garage and an unlisted location. Three arrests were made. In addition, three vehicles were stolen, and two were recovered.

15th Police District

There were 23 robberies. Harry Rusinque-Zambrano, 39, was arrested Sept. 30 following a robbery on the street at 4700 Shelmire Ave. involving a weapon. Robberies that took place on the street happened at 5300 Saul St. (Oct. 3), 5500 Tulip St. (Oct. 4), twice at 6500 Ditman St. (Oct. 5 and 8), 7100 Charles St. (Oct. 8), 5200 Oxford Ave. (Oct. 9) and 4700 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 12), all of which involved handguns; 4800 Unruh Ave. (Oct. 4), 4500 Comly St. (Oct. 4), 4800 Rawle St. (Oct. 5) and 4400 Cottman Ave. (Oct. 8), which involved a knife; and 6000 Harbison Ave. (Oct. 6), 5000 Oxford Ave. (Oct. 8), 5100 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 10), 6200 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 12), 1500 Bridge St. (Oct. 12) and 4100 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 13). Other robberies took place at food stores at 5200 Oxford Ave. (Oct. 1), which involved a handgun, and 6600 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 8), a drug store at 5200 Torresdale Ave. (Oct. 12), which involved a handgun, a chain store at 5200 Harbison Ave. (Oct. 1), which involved a handgun, and a vehicle parked at 5400 Oxford Ave. (Oct. 13), which involved a handgun.

There were 22 aggravated assaults, which yielded 10 arrests. Assaults on the street took place at 1500 Sellers St. (Sept. 30), 3100 Longshore Ave. (Sept. 30), 3000 Hale St. (Sept. 30), the intersection of Tyson and Frankford avenues (Oct. 10) and three times at 6300 Marsden St. (Oct. 11, Edwin Bahadajil, 31), all of which involved handguns; 7100 Hegerman St. (Oct. 1, Alfred Dixon, 53, and Alfred Dukes, 54), 2900 Longshore Ave. (Oct. 8), 5200 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 10, Leroy Palmer, 55) and 4900 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 12), all of which involved knives; 4300 Penn St. (Oct. 12), 5300 Lesher St. (Oct. 4), 6100 Torresdale Ave. (Oct. 6) and 7100 Cottage St. (Oct. 13, John Beatty, 59), all of which involved weapons; the intersection of Margaret Street and Frankford Avenue (Oct. 2), which did not involve a weapon; and domestic assaults at 4200 Loring St. (Oct. 5, Alicia Pantaja, 29) and 4100 Passmore St. (Oct. 9, Joseph Smith, 26). Other assaults took place at a private residence at 4800 Oxford Ave. (Oct. 2, Basil Bernard, 56), an apartment house at 3200 Ryan Ave. (Oct. 2, Joseph Villanueva, 25), a public school at 4900 Oxford Ave. (Oct. 8, Nikemia Patterson, 45) and a SEPTA elevated station at 5200 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 9).

There were 17 burglaries and one attempt, which yielded six arrests. Burglaries at private residences took place at 7100 Marsden St. (Oct. 6, Nicholas Cannon, 21), 1400 Church St. (Oct. 6, Tyrone Tunnell, 26), 6700 Hegerman St. (Oct. 7, Jamie Daulerio, 31), 4800 Rosalie St. (Oct. 12, Samuel Tomoney, 46), 4200 Romain St. (Oct. 9), 4200 Marple St. (Oct. 1), 4200 Orchard St. (Oct. 2), 4600 James St. (Oct. 10) and 4800 Almond St. (Oct. 10), an attempt at 5300 Glenloch St. (Oct. 4), and at apartment houses at 4900 Penn St. (Oct. 12) and 5200 Glenloch St. (Oct. 4). Other burglaries took place at office buildings at 6000 Harbison Ave. (Oct. 1), 6500 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 4) and 7300 Wissinoming St. (Oct. 11), an auto dealer at 6500 Frankford Ave. (Oct. 2, William Santore, 30) and a church at 5500 Harbison Ave. (Oct. 6).

There were 90 thefts, which targeted 38 vehicles (including two stolen car phones and 14 stolen vehicle tags), 20 businesses, 16 street thefts (including a purse snatching), eight private residences, three bicycles, a hospital, an office building, a SEPTA bus/trolley stop, a cargo theft and a residential garage. Four arrests were made. In addition, 21 vehicles were stolen, and 21 were recovered. Four arrests were made.
