2nd District Police
Three robberies took place on the street at 700 Adams Ave. (Sept. 8) and the intersection of Horrocks Street and Princeton Avenue (Aug. 31), both of which involved handguns, and at 7900 Rockwell Ave. with no weapon (Sept. 13).
There were 10 aggravated assaults. Maritza Acevedo, 43, was arrested Sept. 3 following a domestic assault at a private residence at 900 Sanger St., and Krystina Michel, 29, was arrested Sept. 8 following a domestic assault at a private residence at 6600 Souder St. Assaults on the street happened at 5500 Hill Creek Circle (Sept. 2), 600 Alcott St. (Sept. 7) and the intersection of Cottman and Bustleton avenues (Sept. 9), all of which involved handguns; 5900 Colgate St. (Sept. 2) and 7900 Bustleton Ave. (Sept. 13), which involved other weapons; and 6200 Shelbourne St. (Sept. 10) and 7900 Castor Ave. (Sept. 12), which did not involve weapons. A domestic assault took place at an apartment house at 500 Adams Ave. on Sept. 3.
There were nine burglaries, which targeted private residences at 5500 N. Hill Creek Drive (Aug. 31), 200 Comly St. (Sept. 3), 900 Brill St. (Sept. 3) and 1400 Kerper St. (Sept. 10). Apartment houses at 500 Hellerman St. (Sept. 11) and 900 Granite St. (Sept. 12) were burglarized, and retail locations were targeted at 2000 Cottman Ave. (Sept.3), 800 Cottman Ave. (Sept. 11) and a restaurant at 6300 Castor Ave. (Sept. 12).
There were 69 thefts, which targeted 31 vehicles (including 10 stolen vehicle tags), 23 businesses, eight street thefts (including a purse snatching), three private residences, two bicycles and two hotels/motels. Six arrests were made. In addition, 16 vehicles were stolen, and 14 were recovered.
7th Police District
There were two robberies, which happened on the street at 500 Tomlinson Road on Sept. 9, and at a gas station at 13000 Bustleton Ave. on Sept. 3 with a handgun.
Two aggravated assaults took place on the street at 600 Byberry Road with a handgun on Sept. 10 and at 13000 Bustleton Ave. on Sept. 6.
An apartment house at 9500 Evans St. was burglarized Sept. 2.
There were 40 thefts, which targeted 14 vehicles, 14 businesses, six street thefts, three private residences, two bicycles and an apartment house.
8th Police District
Two robberies took place on the street at 3700 Pennypack St. (Sept. 6) and 9100 Roosevelt Blvd. (Sept. 11).
There were 11 aggravated assaults. Assaults on the street with handguns happened at 9100 Marshall St. (Sept. 11), and twice at 2100 Ashwood Ave. (Sept. 13); with other weapons at 3600 Academy Road (Sept. 5) and 8300 Frankford Ave. (Sept. 13); and with no weapons at 12100 Covert Road (Sept. 4) and 2400 Welsh Road (Sept. 6). Other incidents included domestic assaults at apartment houses at 3400 Red Lion Road (Sept. 5, Ralph Gerald Anderson, 62) and 8300 Frankford Ave. (Sept. 6), at a private residence at 8600 Jackson St. (Sept. 2, Jonathan Perrone, 40) and at a prison facility at 8100 State Road (Aug. 31).
There were two burglaries, which took place at a private residence at 8000 Walker St. (Sept. 11) and a drug store at 8500 Frankford Ave. (Sept. 3). There were also two attempts at an apartment house at 9900 Hegerman St. (Aug. 31) and a private residence at 4400 Carwithan St. (Sept. 2).
There were 41 thefts, which targeted 18 vehicles (including three stolen vehicle tags), 18 businesses and five street thefts. Three arrests were made.
15th Police District
There were 13 robberies, which resulted in two arrests. Robberies on the street involving handguns happened at 4500 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 31) and 5100 Leiper St. (Sept. 5), and robberies with no weapons happened at 4900 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 31, Shakea N. Wallace, 32), 4700 Frankford Ave. (Sept. 2), 5300 Bustleton Ave. (Sept. 5), 5000 Cottage St. (Sept. 7) and 5200 Frankford Ave. (Sept. 11). Other robberies took place at private residences at 7200 Revere St. (Sept. 7) and 1000 Fillmore St. (Sept. 11), an apartment house at 4300 Leiper St. (Sept. 7) and vehicles parked at 6800 Gillespie St. (Sept. 7), 7600 Frankford Ave. (Sept. 8, Jujuan Bond, 22) and 6900 Torresdale Ave. (Sept. 13), all of which involved handguns.
There were 23 aggravated assaults, resulting in eight arrests. Assaults on the street included domestic assaults at 2100 Sanger St. (Sept. 2), 6000 Charles St. (Sept. 12) and 4200 Orchard St. (Sept. 11); assaults with handguns happened at 1300 Foulkrod St. (Sept. 5, Richard Scott, 25), 7100 Tulip St. (Sept. 5), 4400 Penn St. (Sept. 5, Quinzel Goodman, 20), 6600 Jackson St. (Sept. 8), 4800 Hellerman St. (Sept. 8), 4400 Comly St. (Sept. 8) and 4600 Magee Ave. (Sept. 8); assaults with knives at 3200 Gilham St. (Sept. 3, Zion Howerton, 20) and 5200 Sylvester St. (Sept. 7); an assault with another weapon at 6200 Cardiff St. (Sept. 2, William Howard Stem, 60); and assaults with no weapons at 5200 Frankford Ave. (Sept. 4), 2100 Sanger St. (Sept. 8), 4000 Creston St. (Sept. 6) and 3400 Wellington St. (Sept. 9). Other assaults happened at private residences at 5300 Sylvester St. (Sept. 13, Tymier Jett, 19), 4100 Orchard St. (Sept. 3), 3100 Guilford St. (Sept. 9, Rosalina Varela, 33), 4500 Ditman St. (Sept. 8, Kevin Palmer, 33), 2800 Devereaux Ave. (Sept. 2) and 5000 Penn St. (Sept. 10, Jennifer Arnold, 37).
There were six burglaries that targeted private residences at 6500 Ditman St. (Sept. 4), 4700 Loring St. (Sept. 7), 1900 Fillmore Place (Sept. 1) and 7100 Erdrick St. (Sept. 2). Other burglaries happened at an apartment house at 1600 Granite St. (Sept. 1) and an unlisted location at 7800 Rowland Ave. (Sept. 4).
There were 89 thefts, which targeted 33 vehicles (including a stolen car phone and 13 stolen vehicle tags), 25 street thefts (including a pick-pocketing), 18 businesses, eight private residences, two apartment houses, a doctor’s office, a bicycle and a cargo theft. Ten arrests were made.
