Love that Linda

Linda is a 1-year-old calico cat mix in need of a home. She likes other animals and children.

The cat is available for adoption at the Women’s Humane Society, at 3839 Richlieu Road in Bensalem. Her tag number is 3529.

Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 1 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Cocoa, a rabbit profiled in a recent edition of the Times, has been adopted. Lightning, a cat who appeared in last week’s paper, remains available for adoption.

Call 215–750–3100 or visit www.whspets.org ••

Farrah is an angel

Farrah is a gorgeous gray/white long-haired female cat available for adoption at the Northeast Animal Rescue.

She loves catnip and playing with toys. She would do best as an only cat. She is up to date on shots and spayed, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.

Anyone interested in adopting Farrah can visit the Northeast Animal Rescue, located inside the PetSmart at 11000 Roosevelt Blvd., or fill out an application at nar.rescuegroups.org ••

Sierra smile

Sierra is an adorable, white pit bull terrier mix who came to the ACCT shelter because her owner could no longer keep her due to landlord issues. She is around 1 to 2 years old and quite playful, but she is over the puppy stage.

She loves to play, is eager to please and will do just about anything for a treat. She knows the meanings of “sit” and “stay.” She used to live in a home so she likely is housebroken. She hasn’t paid any attention to the cats at the shelter and has done well in dog meets. Her tag number is A14167977.

Visit ACCT at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave. or e-mail A[email protected] for more information. ••

Let Happy Feet walk into your life

Happy Feet is an adult black and white lady who has the best purrsonality ever. She is sweet, mellow and loves brushes and window sills. She would love a quiet home and other social kitties are fine with her. She has been homeless for too long.

Happy Feet is spayed and vaccinated and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses. She’s in foster care via Forgotten Cats. FC provides sterilization assistance for homeless felines.

Apply at www.petfinder.com/shelters/PA586.html or apply at the adoption center in the PetSmart at 901 Old York Road in Abington. ••
