Police are looking for a 73-year-old Cottage Street woman who hasn’t been seen since Jan. 2.
Judith Franzen, of the 6200 block of Cottage, has brown hair and green eyes. She is 4 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 113 pounds, police said. When last seen at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 2 at her residence, she was wearing blue jeans and a red coat.

She suffers from dementia and diabetes and frequents Parx and SugarHouse casinos.
