Chelly wants to be heard
Chelly was surrendered to a local animal control after her owners could no longer afford to treat a damaged eye that was badly infected and needed to be removed.
The 2-year-old cat has had her surgery and has fully recovered. Now, she needs a family to take care of her. Chelly is very vocal and loves to be petted and to sit on laps. She’d do best as the only cat in a home. She is spayed and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
