The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:
• Ryan Collins, 35, of the 7800 block of Algon Ave., for forgery, theft and related offenses.
Between Dec. 16 and Jan. 17, Collins allegedly cashed unauthorized checks on his employer’s bank accounts totaling $6,200 and kept the funds for himself.
Collins is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 170 pounds. He has blond hair and green eyes.
• Kiyree Dunbar, 20, of the 2700 block of W. Lehigh Ave., for attempted murder, aggravated assault, weapons violations and related offenses.
On March 30 at about 4 p.m. on the 5100 block of Duffield St., Dunbar and another man got into a dispute over a debt that Dunbar allegedly owed, police said. Friends of Dunbar allegedly attacked the other man physically. During the assault, Dunbar allegedly ordered one of his friends to get a gun and shoot the victim, who was wounded in the arm.
Dunbar’s friends were arrested for the attack, but he remains at large, police said.
Dunbar is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
• Yolanda Murchison, 43, of the 2700 block of Rhawn St., for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and related charges.
On April 4 at about 7 p.m., a woman was inside her home on the 2700 block of Rhawn St. when she and Murchison got into an argument, police said. Murchison allegedly struck the victim several times then cut her hair with scissors. When the victim defended herself, Murchison cut her fingers, police said.
The victim suffered cuts, along with bruises of the face and head pain.
Murchison is black, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 145 pounds. She has blond hair and brown eyes.
• Steven Nadal, 27, of the 600 block of W. Glenwood St., for burglary, theft, trespassing and related offenses.
On April 5 at about 6:30 p.m., Nadal allegedly went to a business where he had previously worked on the 7600 block of Edmund St. and asked for his job back. When he was told he would not be rehired, Nadal was ordered to leave the premises.
Nadal was next seen leaving the business’ parking lot, where another vehicle had been vandalized with numerous broken windows and dents, police said. Later, Nadal allegedly sent a mocking text message to the victim, asking if he needed a ride.
Nadal is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and tattoos on both arms, his right hand and the right side of his neck.
• Kenneth White, 28, of the 5900 block of Kemble Ave., for burglary, aggravated assault, trespassing and related offenses.
On March 29 at about 10:20 a.m., White argued with a woman outside her residence on the 2200 block of Kennedy St. when she retreated into the home, locking the door behind her, police said. White allegedly broke a pane of glass, entered the residence, assaulted the woman and stole her cell phone before fleeing.
White is black, 6 feet 3 inches tall and 225 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
