I love Toocy
Toocy is a 1- to 2-year-old spunky little female dog who came as a stray to Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave.
Toocy likes to play with other dogs and tires out quickly. She’s been known to take a three-hour nap in the noisy shelter.
The dog is spayed. Her tag number is A16346049.
Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••
Chico and the men
Chico, Rambo and Pancho are three cute 13-week-old brothers who were found orphaned, all alone outside.
The trio are in foster care via Forgotten Cats, but they’re ready to be adopted into a permanent home.
The cats are neutered and vaccinated, and have tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.

Momma cat wants love
Phoebe is a beautiful black cat full of personality.
This wonderful mom cat came to Northeast Animal Rescue in the winter of 2011, pregnant and hungry. Her kittens have long since been adopted, but she is looking for a permanent home where she can be the center of attention.
Phoebe is mellow and gets along with other cats. She follows people around and loves to be petted.
The cat is nearly 3 years old. She is spayed and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
