The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:
• Yolanda Fife, 44, of the 2700 block of Rhawn St., is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.
On April 4 at about 7 p.m., Fife was at the home of a woman acquaintance at an undisclosed location when the women began to argue. Fife allegedly grabbed a pair of scissors and attacked the other woman with the weapon and her fists.
The victim suffered cuts and bruises of the face, head, hands and arms and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Fife fled the scene, police said.
Fife is also known as “Yolanda Murchison.” She is black, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair that may be dyed blond.
• David Lewis, 20, of the 1300 block of Stirling St., is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On June 3 at about 6 p.m., Lewis allegedly robbed another man at gunpoint on the 6600 block of Souder St. The suspect approached the victim and a witness, demanded money and fled with $65 cash, police said.
Lewis is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
• Kareem Marable, 20, of the 2900 block of Benner St., is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On May 8 at about 10 p.m., Marable allegedly beat and stole $55 cash from a woman acquaintance on the 2900 block of Benner St. The victim willingly met the suspect, who allegedly began arguing with her, shoved her to the ground and removed the money from her pockets. Marable also “instructed” two women acquaintances to kick the prone victim repeatedly and threatened to put the victim into a “body bag,” police said.
Marable is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
• Theodore Powell, 46, of the 11000 block of Templeton Drive, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.
On March 25 at about 2:10 p.m., Powell allegedly argued with a woman acquaintance inside her home at an undisclosed location. During the dispute, Powell held a razor blade to the victim’s throat, turned on the gas oven and lit a cigarette lighter while threatening to “blow up the house,” police said.
Powell is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 210 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
• Steven Reeve, 20, of the 5900 block of Loretto Ave., is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On July 24 at about midnight, Reeve and another man allegedly approached a woman on the 1200 block of Cheltenham Ave., pointed a gun at her and demanded that she surrender her cell phone and her money. They fled with the phone and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Reeve is black, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 135 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
