2nd Police District
• There were 21 robberies reported in the district during the period, including 12 that occurred in the street at 5600 Loretto Ave. (Aug. 2), 6100 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 5), 700 Smylie Road (Aug. 10), 2000 Shelmire Ave. (Aug. 12), 500 Rosalie St. (Aug. 2), 5200 Montour St. (Aug. 5), 7900 Verree Road (Aug. 2), 2000 Faunce St. (Aug. 10), 400 Comly St. (July 31), 6400 Rising Sun Ave. (July 31), 7600 Central Ave. (Aug. 3) and 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 10). Robberies also occurred at six businesses at 7600 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 30), 7300 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 6), 5900 Rising Sun Ave. (July 31), 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 30), 7400 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 3) and 6000 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 4), as well as a residence at 2000 Griffith St. (July 31), a bank at 2200 Cottman Ave. (Aug. 2) and a public transit facility at 6300 Oakland St. (Aug. 6).
• Police recorded 23 aggravated assaults in the district, including 19 that occurred in the street. Thirteen of those crimes occurred in a single incident at 900 Saint Vincent St. on Aug. 3, while others occurred at 500 Adams Ave. (Aug. 6), 300 Stevens St. (July 31), 7900 Verree Road (Aug. 2), 6600 Castor Ave. (Aug. 12), 6200 Rising Sun Ave. (Aug. 9) and 7100 Rising Sun Ave. (Aug. 10). Four aggravated assaults were reported at residences at 2100 Magee Ave. (Aug. 4), 4700 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 6), 6400 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 1) and 1200 Stirling St. (Aug. 12).
• There were 24 burglaries reported to police, including 21 that involved residences at 6200 Castor Ave. (Aug. 8), 6900 Oakland St. (Aug. 3), 6600 Horrocks St. (July 30), 800 Magee Ave. (Aug. 3), 7200 Dungan Road (Aug. 3 and 7), 7000 Horrocks St. (Aug. 4), 5200 Tabor Road (Aug. 6), 7300 Rockwell Ave. (Aug. 6), 6800 Lynford St. (Aug. 9), 7900 Ferndale St. (Aug. 12), 2100 Unruh Ave. (July 30), 1200 Kerper St. (Aug. 9), 1200 Tyson Ave. (Aug. 11), 7400 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 4), 4700 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 9), 2200 Tyson Ave. (July 30), 1100 Van Kirk St. (July 30), 6600 Horrocks St. (Aug. 1) and 800 Princeton Ave. (Aug. 3). Additional burglaries occurred at two businesses at 500 Adams Ave. (Aug. 8) and 7200 Rising Sun Ave. (July 31), along with a recreation facility at 6200 Frontenac St. (Aug. 3).
• There were 116 thefts reported in the district, including 33 that occurred at businesses, 15 in the street and 14 at residences, as well as 31 auto thefts and 23 thefts from autos.
7th Police District
• One robbery occurred in the district during the period at 1800 Arthur St. on Aug. 10.
• Four aggravated assaults were reported to police, three of which occurred at residences at 2300 Tremont St. (July 30), 1600 Welsh Road (July 30) and 10900 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 4). Meanwhile, one aggravated assault occurred in the street at 1600 Welsh Road (July 30).
• There were eleven burglaries reported during the period, including six that involved residences at 13500 Bustleton Ave. (July 31), 9800 Verree Road (Aug. 10), 9700 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 30), 1000 Southampton Road (Aug. 5), 800 Glenn St. (Aug. 7) and 8900 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 10). Four other burglaries occurred at businesses at 10000 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 9), 8900 Krewstown Road (Aug. 2), 8100 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 8) and 15200 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 9). One case was reported at an unspecified type of property at 9700 Northeast Ave. (Aug. 1).
• Police received reports of 41 thefts during the period, including nine that occurred in the street, five at residences, four at businesses and one at an unspecified type of location. There also were nine auto thefts and 13 thefts from autos in the district.
8th Police District
• There were three robberies reported in the district, all of which occurred in the street at 12300 Academy Road (Aug. 7), 8100 State Road (Aug. 1) and 9500 Convent Ave. (Aug. 1).
• Among eight aggravated assaults reported to police, five occurred in the street at 11700 Lanett Road (Aug. 5), 11900 Academy Road (Aug. 8), State Road and Grant Avenue (Aug. 2), 2800 Norcom Road (July 31) and 12300 Rambler Road (Aug. 4). Two additional cases were reported at city prisons at 8300 State Road (Aug. 7) and 8200 State Road (July 30), as well as a residence at 3100 Mechanicsville Road (July 31).
• Fifteen burglaries were reported during the period, 10 of which involved residences at 12100 Aster Road (Aug. 1), 12600 Medford Road (Aug. 7), 8000 Rowland Ave. (July 30), 3800 Chalfont Drive (July 30), 8900 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 5), 200 Parkview Road (Aug. 7), 2800 Normandy Drive (July 31), 12700 Kenny Road (Aug. 7), 8600 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 5) and 11100 Waldemire Drive (July 31). Other burglaries occurred at two businesses at 9900 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 8) and 12300 McNulty Road (Aug. 5), as well as a city property at 8600 State Road (Aug. 9), a place of worship at 4100 Woodhaven Road (Aug. 3) and a recreation facility at 3300 Mechanicsville Road (Aug. 11).
• There were 69 thefts reported in the district, including 23 at businesses, nine at residences, seven in the street, one at a recreation facility, one at a police station and one at an unspecified type of location. There also were four auto thefts and 23 thefts from autos during the period.
15th Police District
• There were 37 robberies reported to police in the district, including 30 that occurred in the street at 6600 Tulip St. (July 31), 5100 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 2), 5400 Large St. (Aug. 4), 1500 Pratt St. (Aug. 4), 4600 Melrose St. (Aug. 8), 6400 Cottage St. (Aug. 10), 7700 State Road (Aug. 10), 2000 Robbins St. (Aug. 4), 6400 Brous Ave. (Aug. 5), 5100 Tulip St. (Aug. 5), 1500 Harrison St. (Aug. 1), 1600 Margaret St. (Aug. 3), 4300 Princeton Ave. (Aug. 6), 1900 Bridge St. (July 30), Bridge and Jackson streets (July 31), 5200 Frankford Ave. (July 31), 1600 Bridge St. (Aug. 1), 7100 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 3), 4400 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 3), 2100 Bridge St. (Aug. 4), 4200 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 4), an unspecified block of Frankford Ave. (Aug. 4), 2900 Levick St. (Aug. 5), 5200 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 6), Frankford Ave. and Pratt St. (Aug. 6), 5000 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 6), 4400 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 8), 4900 Ditman St. (Aug. 9), 7400 Edmund St. (July 31) and 1100 Fillmore St. (Aug. 10). Additional robberies occurred at three businesses at 5400 Rutland St. (Aug. 5), 5200 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 8) and 5200 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 8); three residences at 1400 Church St. (Aug. 9), 6200 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 4) and 7100 Walker St. (Aug. 7); and a bank at 7300 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 5).
• Twenty-two aggravated assaults were reported during the period, 15 of which occurred in the street at 1100 Bridge St. (Aug. 6), 1400 Unity St. (Aug. 8), 4300 Comly St. (Aug. 12), 1400 Overington St. (Aug. 2), 5300 Duffield St. (Aug. 2), Vandike St. and Devereaux Ave. (July 30), 7300 Leon St. (Aug. 2), 1500 Pratt St. (Aug. 2), 7700 Cottage St. (Aug. 2), 5900 Cottage St. (July 31), 2100 Bridge St. (Aug. 3), 5100 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 9), 5700 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 12), Adams Ave. and Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 3) and 2000 Church St. (Aug. 12). Seven additional cases occurred at residences at 1600 Howell St. (Aug. 3), 1900 Foulkrod Place (Aug. 3), 5200 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 3 and 9), 6600 Erdrick St. (Aug. 8), 4400 Teesdale St. (Aug. 5) and 1600 Haworth St. (Aug. 8).
• Among 40 burglaries reported in the district, 24 involved residences at 6600 Tulip St. (July 30), 1500 Womrath St. (July 31), 5200 Pennway St. (Aug. 2), 3300 Decatur St. (Aug. 5), 4700 Marple St. (Aug. 5), 2000 Cheltenham Ave. (July 31), 4200 Howell St. (Aug. 12), 5700 Keystone St. (Aug. 7), 4200 Salem St. (July 31), 6500 Algard St. (Aug. 1), 1400 Van Kirk St. (Aug. 2), 4500 Hale St. (Aug. 3), 1500 Adams Ave. (Aug. 3), 2600 Eddington St. (Aug. 5), 6400 Hegerman St. (Aug. 7), 4100 Longshore Ave. (Aug. 9), 3100 Barnett St. (Aug. 11), 5800 Jackson St. (Aug. 2), 4800 Rosalie St. (Aug. 4), 1300 Wakeling St. (Aug. 5), 1300 Orthodox St. (Aug. 6), 4500 Bleigh Ave. (Aug. 10), 4600 Horrocks St. (Aug. 9) and 1100 Wakeling St. (Aug. 9). Other burglaries were reported at 12 businesses at 6300 Tacony St. (July 31), 4400 Frankford Ave. (July 30), 1900 Bridge St. (Aug. 2 and 12), 4600 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 5, 7 and 10), 7100 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 12, 3500 Cottman Ave. (Aug. 12), 7200 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 11), 7000 Frankford Ave. (July 31) and 4600 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 5); as well as four schools at 1500 Orthodox St. (Aug. 9), 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 31), 6600 Keystone St. (Aug. 5) and 4300 Tacony St. (Aug. 4).
• There were 138 thefts reported to police during the period, including 30 that occurred in the street, 20 at businesses, nine at residences, two at public transit facilities and two at construction sites, along with 37 auto thefts and 38 thefts from autos. ••
