2nd Police District
• Fifteen robberies were reported to police during the period, including 11 that occurred in the street at 6900 Souder St. (Aug. 20), 500 Cheltenham Ave. (Aug. 20), 6200 Frontenac St. (Aug. 21), 400 Van Kirk St. (Aug. 23), 7300 Hasbrook Ave. (Aug. 15), 6000 Castor Ave. (Aug. 17), 6300 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 21), 5900 Langdon St. (Aug. 21), 6000 Frontenac St. (Aug. 23), 5700 Rising Sun Ave. (Aug. 24) and 7400 Algon Ave. (Aug. 26). Robberies also were reported at three residences at 500 Cheltenham Ave. (Aug. 22), 200 Benner St. (Aug. 24) and 500 Adams Ave. (Aug. 15), as well as one bank at 2200 Cottman Ave. (Aug. 16).
• There were nine aggravated assaults reported in the district, five of which occurred in the street at 7100 Oakland Ave. (Aug. 26), 1500 Devereaux Ave. (Aug. 15), 7400 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 22), 6100 Frontenac St. (Aug. 14) and 2000 Bleigh Ave. (Aug. 14), as well as four that occurred at residences at 1400 Greeby St. (Aug. 18), 900 Scattergood St. (Aug. 25), 6300 Martins Mill Road (Aug. 16) and 400 Van Kirk St. (Aug. 26).
• Police received reports of 28 burglaries during the period, 25 of which involved residences at 1400 Lardner St. (Aug. 15), 6700 Kindred St. (Aug. 22), 1200 St. Vincent St. (Aug. 24), 900 Granite St. (Aug. 15), 5300 Howland St. (Aug. 14), 1000 Tyson Ave. (Aug. 14), 600 Mayfair St. (Aug. 16), 5500 Hill Creek Mall (Aug. 16), 700 Garland St. (Aug. 16), 2200 Griffith St. (Aug. 16), 2100 Borbeck Ave. (Aug. 18), 6300 Trotter St. (Aug. 21), 1400 Devereaux Ave. (Aug. 22), 2100 Unruh Ave. (Aug. 23), 6600 Eastwood St. (Aug. 24), 900 Marcella St. (Aug. 26), 1000 Rosalie St. (Aug. 15), 6600 Lynford St. (Aug. 16), 6000 Reach St. (Aug. 22), 7800 Algon Ave. (two on Aug. 23), 400 Cheltenham Ave. (Aug. 24), 6700 Oakley St. (Aug. 25), 7900 Langdon St. (Aug. 15) and 5200 Montour St. (Aug. 23). Three additional burglaries occurred at businesses at 900 Levick St. (Aug. 24), 7900 Rockwell Ave. (Aug. 15) and 500 Adams Ave. (Aug. 15).
• There were 117 thefts reported in the district, including 47 that occurred at businesses, 12 in the street, four at residences and one at a library. In addition, there were 29 auto thefts and 24 thefts from autos during the period.
7th Police District
• Three robberies were reported in the district, two of which occurred in the street at Solly and Loretto avenues (Aug. 13) and 1900 Emerson St. (Aug. 21), while one occurred at a business at 8100 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 18).
• There were three aggravated assaults reported to police, including two that occurred at residences at 2000 Bergen St. (Aug. 19) and 15100 Beverly Drive (Aug 23), along with one in the street on an unspecified block of Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 20).
• Among 10 burglaries reported during the period, eight involved residences at 8300 Pine Road (Aug. 24), 500 Avon St. (Aug. 21), 8800 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 15), 100 Pocasset Road (Aug. 21), 1000 Southampton Road (Aug. 22), 9500 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 14), 1700 Tomlinson Road (Aug. 17) and 1000 Southampton Road (Aug. 22), while two occurred at businesses at 9800 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 17) and 9300 Krewstown Road (Aug. 14).
• There were 43 thefts reported to police, including 10 that occurred at businesses, five in the street and five at residences, along with six auto thefts and 17 thefts from autos.
8th Police District
• Two robberies were reported in the district, one occurring in the street at 3000 Winchester Ave. (Aug. 18) and one at a business at Grant Avenue and Academy Road (Aug. 16).
• There were 13 aggravated assaults reported during the period, including seven that occurred at residences at 3600 Essex Lane (Aug. 18), 3600 Academy Road (Aug. 18), 11700 Millbrook Road (Aug. 26), 11900 Academy Road (Aug. 15 and 17), 10800 Harrow Road (Aug. 16) and 2700 Clayton St. (Aug. 19). Five other cases were reported in the street at 4200 Whiting Road (Aug. 13), 8400 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 15), 8100 Ditman St. (Aug. 19), 8800 Cottage St. (Aug. 13) and 2800 Tremont St. (Aug. 21), while one occurred at a prison at 8300 State Road (Aug. 15).
• Among 70 burglaries reported to police, 54 occurred at public storage facilities in three separate incidents. On Aug. 13, burglars broke into 25 storage units in a facility at 12000 Roosevelt Blvd. On Aug. 22, burglars broke into 22 units at a facility at 2700 Grant Ave. The same Grant Avenue storage facility saw seven additional break-ins on Aug. 23. Burglaries also occurred at 14 residences in the district at 3000 Winchester Ave. (Aug. 17), 3400 Arthur St. (Aug. 17), 3900 Amherst Place (Aug. 22), 12400 Barbary Road (Aug. 24), 8000 Rowland Ave. (Aug. 14), 3200 Fuller St. (Aug. 15), 3900 Stevenson St. (Aug. 25), 8200 Craig St. (Aug. 17), 2900 Willits Road (Aug. 26), 8900 Leonard St. (Aug. 25), 4400 Solly Ave. (Aug. 25), 2900 Holme Ave. (Aug. 18), 10800 Keswick Road (Aug. 13) and 200 Parkview Road (Aug. 24). One burglary was reported at a business at 8700 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 21), while another occurred at an unspecified type of property at 8300 State Road (Aug. 22).
• There were 77 thefts reported during the period, 22 of which occurred at businesses, along with 14 in the street, eight at residences and two at unspecified types of locations. Also, eight auto thefts and 23 thefts from autos were reported in the district.
15th Police District
• There were 27 robberies reported to police during the period, including 19 that occurred in the street at 1300 Cheltenham Ave. (Aug. 14), 6600 Algard St. (Aug. 15), Orthodox Street and Adams Avenue (Aug. 17), 1500 Arrott St. (Aug. 18), 4600 Duffield St. (Aug. 18), 1300 Gillingham St. (Aug. 19), 6500 Harbison Ave. (Aug. 21), 4200 Comly St. (Aug. 21), 4400 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 21), 4300 Hellerman St. (Aug. 22), 6900 Sackett St. (Aug. 24), 4700 Tacony St. (Aug. 25), 4700 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 24), 7100 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 13), 6800 Sackett St. (Aug. 20), 5200 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 14), 5200 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 15), an unspecified block of Shelmire Ave. (Aug. 17) and 6100 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 20). Five robberies occurred at residences at 4800 Mulberry St. (Aug. 13), 1300 Orthodox St. (Aug. 15), 7400 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 20), 4400 Wingohocking St. (Aug. 21) and 6500 Marsden St. (Aug. 18), while others occurred at a bank at 6800 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 13), at a business at 4400 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 14) and in an automobile at 6400 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 15).
• Police received reports of 34 aggravated assaults in the district, including 18 that occurred in the street at 4700 Tackawanna St. (Aug. 20), 7200 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 20), 2100 Bridge St. (Aug. 20), 5200 Ditman St. (two on Aug. 20), 6600 Vandike St. (Aug. 20 and 24), an unspecified block of Frankford Ave. (Aug. 23), 1500 Orthodox St. (Aug. 18), 4700 Magee Ave. (Aug. 20), 4300 Benner St. (Aug. 22), 5200 Jackson St. (Aug. 23), 1100 Orthodox St. (Aug. 23), 6800 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 24), Hegerman Street and Unruh Avenue (Aug. 19), 800 Adams Ave. (Aug. 17), 2000 Wakeling St. (Aug. 21) and 6800 Vandike St. (Aug. 15). Fifteen aggravated assaults were reported at residences at 3500 Shelmire Ave. (Aug. 14), 5200 Saul St. (Aug. 19), 1700 Brill St. (Aug. 22), 1500 Harrison St. (Aug. 19), 1700 Bridge St. (Aug. 26), 5000 Griscom St. (Aug. 16), 4600 Mulberry St. (Aug. 23), 5000 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 26), 5000 Worth St. (Aug. 13), 3200 Guilford St. (Aug. 17), 4200 Levick St. (Aug. 19), 6000 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 22), 7200 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 14), 1300 Harrison St. (Aug. 15) and 5100 Erdrick St. (Aug. 13). One additional case was reported at a medical facility at 4900 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 24).

• There were 160 thefts reported in the district, including 31 that occurred in the street, 20 at businesses, 12 at residences, one at a public utility facility, one at a storage facility and one at a public transit facility. There also were 45 auto thefts and 49 thefts from autos reported during the period. ••
