The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:
• Kyle Bob, 31, is wanted for burglary and related offenses.
On Oct. 25 at about 11:30 a.m., Bob allegedly arrived at the home of a woman acquaintance and demanded that he be permitted to enter, but the woman refused, prompting Bob to kick in the door. Once inside, Bob allegedly threw the woman against a wall, placed a pocketknife against her throat and threatened to kill her.
The woman broke free, fled the house and summoned police. After Bob fled, the victim returned to the house to discover that unspecified personal property had been stolen, police said.
Bob is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the 5900 block of Tulip St.
• Wade Clement, 27, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.
On Sept. 13 at about 1 a.m., Clement was at the home of a woman acquaintance when the two began arguing and he allegedly punched the woman in the face. He then pulled a knife, scraped the woman’s face with it and stabbed her in the hand as she tried to protect herself, police said. Clement fled the house as the victim called 911.
Clement is black, 6 feet 3 inches tall and 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the area of 4600 Longshore Ave.
• Kareem Marable, 20, is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On May 8 at about 10 p.m., Marable and a woman began to argue in the street on the 2900 block of Benner St. As the dispute escalated, Marable allegedly shoved the woman, rifled through her pockets and took $55 cash from her. When the victim fell to the ground, police said, Marable instructed two other women acquaintances to kick the victim repeatedly. He also threatened to put the victim in a “body bag,” police said.
Marable is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 160 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on both forearms and both sides of his neck. He is known to frequent the area of 2900 Benner St.
• Alphonse Rome, 22, is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On March 7 at about 10:40 p.m., Rome allegedly robbed another man at gunpoint in the parking lot of an apartment building at Woodhaven and Barbary roads. The victim arrived at the location in a car and encountered Rome as he exited the vehicle.
According to police, Rome punched the victim in the face twice, pointed a handgun at him, beat him on the head with the weapon and stole jewelry from the victim, as well as prescription medication.
Rome, also known as “Juvy,” is black, 6 feet tall and 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the area of 3100 Woodhaven Road.
• Quasaun Scott, 21, is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On Oct. 15, at about 10:30 p.m., Scott and two accomplices allegedly robbed then shot another man on the 6000 block of Agusta St. According to police, the victim was on a bicycle and had stopped on the block to speak with a friend when Scott and two accomplices approached them.
When the victim’s friend left the vicinity, the three robbers pointed handguns at the victim and rifled through his pockets, police said. The crooks then grabbed the victim’s bicycle and ordered him to run. As the victims fled on foot, Scott allegedly shot him in the back and right arm.
The victim was treated for his wounds at an area hospital and survived.
Scott is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the area of 800 Disston St.
