Local rock musicians John Faye and Brittany Rotondo will headline a record release show on Wednesday, Dec. 26 at World Café Live, at 3025 Walnut St.
Billed as John & Brittany, the duo will be backed by a full band. They will headline Mistletoe Jam 2012, sponsored by WMMR (93.3 FM).
John & Brittany will perform songs from their first full-length compact disc, Start Sinning. It features 10 songs.
Faye lives in Fox Chase, and Rotondo resides in Rhawnhurst.
The pair’s fans helped in the production and release of the CD by donating more than $11,000 on kickstarter.com
Next week’s all-ages show runs from 6 p.m. to midnight. John & Brittany will be joined by June Divided, Darby Trials, Angela Sheik, Rodger Delany and It’s Marvin, Your Cousin Marvin Berry.
Tickets cost $15 apiece or four for $56. Admission includes the CD.
