The Burholme Community Town Watch and Civic Association will meet on Thursday at 7 p.m., at United Methodist Church of the Redeemer, at 1128 Cottman Ave. (at Lawndale Avenue).
The guest speaker will be City Controller Alan Butkovitz.
After the meeting, Quaker Diner will provide refreshments. ••
