Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:

• Kevin Adams, 44, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.

On Jan. 24 at about 2 p.m., Adams was inside the home of a woman acquaintance at an undisclosed location when he allegedly punched the woman’s son in the face during an argument. The victim was hospitalized with a broken nose. The suspect fled.

Adams is black, 6 feet 2 inches tall and 260 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the area of 1400 Alcott St.

• Issah Greenlee, 22, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.

In Jan. 26 at about 9 a.m., Greenlee was inside the home of a woman acquaintance when he allegedly punched the woman in the face during an argument. He then grabbed the woman by the throat and choked her, police said. The woman declined hospitalization.

Greenlee is black, 6 feet 3 inches tall and 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the area of 4000 Higbee St.

• Gregory Hampton, 35, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.

On Feb. 25 at about 6:30 p.m., Hampton was inside the home of a woman acquaintance when he allegedly struck the woman with a curtain rod during an argument. Hampton then grabbed the woman by the throat and choked her until she was nearly unconscious, police said. Hampton allegedly got into the woman’s car and fled the scene.

The victim declined hospitalization.

Hampton is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and tattoos of his initials on his right wrist. He is known to frequent the area of 2800 Newberry Road.

• Samuel Loux, 42, is wanted for burglary and related offenses.

On Oct. 28 at about 9 p.m., Loux allegedly broke into an unspecified business on the 8300 block of Bustleton Ave. Detectives investigating the case obtained evidence implicating Loux of the crime and, during a search of his residence, allegedly recovered objects linking him to the burglary. Detectives then obtained an arrest warrant.

Loux is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 230 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and joker tattoos on both shoulders, as well as multiple tattoos on both forearms. He is known to frequent the area of 2400 Duncan St.

• William Rodriguez, 41, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.

On Nov. 12 at about 11 a.m., Rodriguez was inside the home of a woman acquaintance when he allegedly pushed her against a wall during an argument. Rodriguez then pushed her onto a staircase, grabbed the woman’s cell phone from her hand and threw it against a wall, police said. The woman carried the couple’s year-old son and tried to run out the front door to seek help, but Rodriguez allegedly pushed her onto a chair and began choking her while stating, “If I go to jail, I will come back for you.”

Rodriguez then fled the home on foot, police said. He is Hispanic, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 190 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, a tattoo of a rat on his arm and another small tattoo on his left thumb. He is known to frequent the area of 6300 Marsden St. Call Northeast Detectives at 215–686–3153 or dial 911 to report information about any of these suspects. ••
