Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:

• Kevin Brockington, 42, is wanted for robbery and related offenses.

On May 23, at about noon, a woman was inside her vehicle on the 7500 block of Rockwell Ave. when Brockington allegedly approached her, grabbed her arm through an open window, reached into the vehicle and stole her pocketbook containing about $800 cash. The robber ran south on Rockwell Avenue and entered a green sport-utility vehicle or van. Authorities in Cheltenham later recovered the unattended getaway vehicle, which was registered to Brockington, police said.

Brockington is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the area of 3000 Magee Ave.

• Anthony Ciliberto, 29, is wanted for burglary and related offenses.

On April 9, between 7:30 and 8:10 a.m., someone broke into a home on the 3500 block of Solly Ave. by cutting the screen in a rear window. The burglar stole a laptop computer, iPad, gold and silver watch and assorted jewelry. A witness identified Ciliberto as the burglar through a prior police photo, police said.

Ciliberto is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 185 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. He is known to frequent the area of 3500 Vista St.

• Brad Goldstein, 47, is wanted for burglary and related offenses.

Sometime between April 22 and May 1, someone broke into a home on the 1000 block of Bloomfield Ave. by shattering the glass in a rear door. The burglar stole cash, rings and other jewelry, along with a stamp collection. Detectives identified Goldstein as the burglar through evidence recovered at the crime scene, police said.

Goldstein is white, 6 feet tall and 240 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He is known to frequent the areas of Pennypack Woods and may be living out of an unknown motor vehicle.

• Shannon Halstead, 24, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.

On April 19, at about 9:35 p.m., a woman was attending a party in a house on the 500 block of Alcott St. when she got into an argument with Halstead, who was in a relationship with the woman’s ex-boyfriend. During the argument, Halstead allegedly exited the party and vandalized the woman’s vehicle by shattering the windshield, headlights and mirror. Halstead then stabbed the other woman in the neck with a steak knife, police said.

Halstead is black, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the areas of 700 June St. and 5200 Hazel Ave.

• Joyce Shaw, 54, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.

Last July 12, at about 9:30 p.m., police found a man lying in the street on the 8200 block of Torresdale Ave. with a stab wound of the stomach. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition. Police found a pocketbook at the scene containing identification for two different women. Detectives showed various prior arrest photos to a witness, who identified two women involved in the stabbing. Police arrested one suspect. The other, Shaw, remains at -large.

Shaw is black, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She is known to frequent the areas of 600 Diamond St. and 8200 Torresdale Ave.
