The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:
• Roland Brown, 33, is wanted for armed robbery, assault and related offenses.
On Aug. 13 at about 11 p.m., Brown was with an accomplice when he allegedly approached a woman who was standing on the sidewalk in the 6600 block of Castor Ave., assaulted her with a Taser, stole her purse and ran away, police said. Police arrested the accomplice shortly after the robbery.
Brown is black, 6 feet 2 inches tall and 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the area of 2500 W. Silver St.
• Jermaine Figueroa, 22, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.
On Aug. 12 at about 4:45 p.m., Figueroa got into an argument with a woman inside her home on the 1900 block of Devereaux Ave., pulled a knife on her, held it to her throat and threatened her, police said. Figueroa fled on foot.
Figueroa is Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has been linked to an address in Elizabeth, N.J.
• Joseph Kamara, 15, is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On Jan. 18 at about 3:20 p.m., Kamara and an accomplice allegedly used physical force to steal a cell phone from a classmate as they stood on a sidewalk on the 7200 block of Castor Ave. After the robbery, Kamara allegedly fled on foot. Police arrested the accomplice shortly after the incident.
Kamara is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 110 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the area of 1700 Teesdale St.
• Kirk Olavage, 43, is wanted for robbery, assault and related offenses.
On May 29 at about 10:30 p.m., Olavage allegedly approached a man who was standing on the sidewalk in the 3100 block of Woodhaven Road, punched the man in the face, knocked him to the ground and rendered him unconscious while stealing his cash, cell phone and medicine. Olavage fled on foot.
Olavage is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 175 pounds. He is partly bald with blond hair and has brown eyes. He is known to frequent the area of 1400 Franklin Mills Circle.
• Christopher Thomas, 25, is wanted for burglary, robbery and related offenses.
On Aug. 12 at about 1 a.m., Thomas allegedly broke into the home of a woman acquaintance on the 4600 block of Edmund St. by smashing a window. He then attacked the woman by pulling her hair, pushing her down stairs and punching her in the face, police said. He allegedly stole her pocketbook and ran away.
Thomas is black, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the area of 4800 N. Carlisle St.
