The armed heists occurred on Oct. 1, Nov. 4 and Nov. 21 at Wawa, 6460 Bustleton Ave.

In the first incident, a man in a skull mask and an accomplice entered the store at about 3:45 a.m., pointed guns at employees and demanded they open the cash registers. They were last seen fleeing northbound on Bustleton Avenue with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The man with the skull mask apparently acted alone in the second heist when he entered the same store at about 3:25 a.m., pointed a gun at the clerk and forced him to place money into a black backpack. He was last seen in an alley near 6400 Akron St. fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Last Thursday, a man wearing a Scream-style mask entered the store at about 3:27 a.m., pointed a gun at an employee and forced him to open the cash registers. The robber stuffed an undisclosed amount of cash into a tan bag and fled through the same alley near 6400 Akron St.

The lead robber has been described as black or of unknown race. He is between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet 2 inches tall and thin. The accomplice in the first robbery has been described as black and about 5 feet 6 inches tall.
