2nd Police District
• There were 13 robberies reported in the district during the period, including 12 that occurred in the street at 300 Hellerman St. (Dec. 3), 1300 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 11), 5700 Weymouth St. (Dec. 14), 1300 Stirling St. (Dec. 14), 7200 Castor Ave. (Dec. 2), 7000 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 6), 5600 Loretto Ave. (Dec. 7), 800 Longshore Ave. (Dec. 7), 6900 Castor Ave. (Dec. 8), 5900 Loretto Ave. (Dec. 8) and 7200 Rising Sun Ave. (Dec. 15). A robbery also occurred at a business at 5300 Whitaker Ave. (Dec. 9).
• Eleven aggravated assaults were reported to police, including six that occurred at residences at 6200 Algon Ave. (four on Dec. 7), 6100 Hasbrook Ave. (Dec. 3) and 7700 Verree Road (Dec. 7). Four additional cases were reported in the street at 1000 Alcott St. (Dec. 2), 5900 Alma St. (Dec. 6), 5700 Loretto Ave. (Dec. 15) and 6600 Oxford Ave. (Dec. 9), along with one at a business at 5600 Loretto Ave. (Dec. 10).
• There were 29 burglaries reported during the period, 28 of which involved residences at 7200 Large St. (Dec. 2), 7300 Hasbrook Ave. (Dec. 5), 2400 Rhawn St. (Dec. 6), 800 Scattergood St. (Dec. 6), 7300 Whitaker Ave. (Dec. 8), 6300 Rising Sun Ave. (Dec. 11), 6700 Kindred St. (Dec. 2), 900 Sanger St. (Dec. 3, 10 and 13), 7000 Lynford St. (Dec. 4), 7000 Oakley St. (Dec. 5), 800 Scattergood St. (Dec. 5), 900 Carver St. (Dec. 5), 7200 Oakland St. (Dec. 5), 1600 Robbins St. (Dec. 6), 1000 Van Kirk St. (Dec. 6), 5900 Weymouth St. (Dec. 13), 7300 Rockwell Ave. (Dec. 14), 1400 Greeby St. (Dec. 3), 500 Van Kirk St. (Dec. 5), 700 Marley Road (Dec. 7), 6200 Hasbrook Ave. (Dec. 13), 1400 Shelmire Ave. (Dec. 13), 1000 Afton St. (Dec. 12), 7200 Large St. (Dec. 2), 6100 Palmetto St. (Dec. 13) and 200 Elbridge St. (Dec. 9).
• There were 82 thefts reported in the district, including 26 that occurred at businesses, nine in the street and five at residences, along with 23 auto thefts and 19 thefts from autos.
7th Police District
• Two robberies were reported during the period, one of which occurred in the street at 9700 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 5) and the other at a residence at 1600 Emerson St. (Dec. 11).
• Six aggravated assaults were reported to police, including three that occurred at businesses at 1900 Welsh Road (two on Dec. 13) and 9000 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 14). Two additional cases occurred in the street at 400 Byberry Road (both on Dec. 5), while one occurred at a residence at 600 Edison Ave. (Dec. 5).
• Among 21 burglaries reported in the district, 20 involved residences at 8400 Algon Ave. (Dec. 12), 9600 Cowden St. (Dec. 15), 100 Stratford Drive (Dec. 2), 1900 Morrell St. (Dec. 4), 800 Centennial Square North (Dec. 4), 9700 Cowden St. (Dec. 8), 9300 Banes St. (Dec. 8), 100 Marita St. (Dec. 10), 8100 Summerdale Ave. (Dec. 11), 600 Colebrook Road (Dec. 11), 1900 Ambassador St. (Dec. 14), 9900 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 5), 100 Byberry Road (Dec. 10), 9200 Old Newtown Road (Dec. 14), 10800 Rennard St. (two on Dec. 15), 2100 Strahle St. (Dec. 2), 10000 Jeanes St. (Dec. 7), 13500 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 13) and 400 Kismet Road (Dec. 2). One burglary occurred at a business at 11000 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 10).
• There were 29 thefts reported during the period, including seven that occurred in the street, three at businesses, three at residences and two at schools, as well as four auto thefts and 10 thefts from autos.
8th Police District
• There were two robberies reported in the district, including one that occurred in the street at 8700 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 4) and one at a business at 1600 Franklin Mills Circle (Dec. 11).
• Two aggravated assaults were reported to police, including one in the street at 2900 Welsh Road (Dec. 14) and one at a city prison at 8200 State Road (Dec. 9).
• There were seven burglaries reported during the period, including six that involved residences at 9200 Annapolis Road (Dec. 15), 3300 Comly Road (Dec. 6), 8700 Hickory Drive (Dec. 7), 9300 Campus Lane (Dec. 4), 4600 Enfield Ave. (Dec. 13) and 9300 State Road (Dec. 12). One burglary occurred at a place of worship at 8500 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 5).
• Police received 56 theft reports in the district, including 25 that occurred at businesses, eight in the street, four at residences and one at a school. There also were eight auto thefts and 10 thefts from autos reported during the period.
15th Police District
• Among 15 robberies reported to police, 11 occurred in the street at 4600 Magee Ave. (Dec. 3), 6300 Edmund St. (Dec. 9), 4300 E. Cheltenham Ave. (Dec. 12), 7900 Rowland Ave. (Dec. 2), 4800 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 5), 4000 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 2), Cottage Street and Cottman Avenue (Dec. 2), 4800 Disston St. (Dec. 4), Bridge and Ditman streets (Dec. 4), 1200 Herbert St. (Dec. 13) and 6400 Torresdale Ave. (Dec. 13). Robberies also occurred at two residences at 2000 Simon St. (Dec. 15) and 4200 Griscom St. (Dec. 15), as well as a bank at 7300 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 9) and an unspecified type of location at 6300 Torresdale Ave. (Dec. 3).
• There were 18 aggravated assaults reported in the district, 10 of which occurred in the street at 6300 Jackson St. (Dec. 15), 2000 Bridge St. (Dec. 8), 1900 Briggs St. (Dec. 8), 6500 Harbison Ave. (Dec. 12), 4900 Torresdale Ave. (Dec. 2), Disston and Cottage streets (Dec. 2), 4700 Howell St. (Dec. 11), 2000 Pratt St. (Dec. 2), 7000 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 14) and 5700 Cottage St. (Dec. 12). Eight more cases were reported at residences at 2300 Orthodox St. (Dec. 2), 1600 Orthodox St. (Dec. 3), 4200 Longshore Ave. (Dec. 2), 4800 Hawthorne St. (Dec. 5), 6700 Marsden St. (Dec. 11), 4800 Tackawanna St. (Dec. 14), 1600 Meadow St. (Dec. 2) and 5200 Horrocks St. (Dec. 8).
• There were 36 burglaries reported to police, 28 of which involved residences at 4600 Van Kirk St. (Dec. 4), 3100 Longshore Ave. (Dec. 4), 1600 Meadow St. (Dec. 5 and 11), 1500 Sellers St. (Dec. 7), 3500 Hartel Ave. (Dec. 8), 4700 Vista St. (Dec. 11), 5500 Large St. (Dec. 6), 6200 Charles St. (Dec. 2 and 6), 3100 Stirling St. (Dec. 3), 6100 Glenloch St. (Dec. 5), 5200 Pennway St. (Dec. 5), 4500 Oakmont St. (Dec. 9), 2900 Robbins St. (Dec. 9), 5400 Large St. (Dec. 13), 4700 Meridian St. (Dec. 14), 4100 Longshore Ave. (Dec. 5), 4500 Devereaux Ave. (Dec. 6), 2900 Hale St. (Dec. 11), 4700 Vista St. (Dec. 12), 4900 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 12), 5000 Penn St. (Dec. 4), 5000 Oxford Ave. (Dec. 11), 4600 Leiper St. (Dec. 8), 1900 Foulkrod Place (Dec. 9), 5200 Horrocks St. (Dec. 4) and 1400 Van Kirk St. (Dec. 13). Burglaries also occurred at five businesses at 7200 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 3), 6500 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 11), 4700 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 8), 6800 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 9) and 1300 Unity St. (Dec. 9), as well as one recreation facility at 4600 Richmond St. (Dec. 13) and two unspecified types of properties at 1300 Unity St. (Dec. 15) and 1800 Ruan St. (Dec. 15).
• There were 117 thefts reported in the district, including 23 that occurred in the street, 18 at businesses, eight at residences and two at schools. There also were 35 auto thefts and 31 thefts from autos reported during the period. ••
