Clarence Shuford
Philadelphia police are trying to locate a man who they say is missing and endangered and was last seen leaving a Northeast hospital.
Clarence David Shuford, 47, left Aria Health’s Torresdale Campus on Nov. 13 at about 10 a.m. His whereabouts since then are unknown. Shuford has developmental and physical disabilities. He has seizures and a disability of the right arm, police said.
He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and tan boots. He has ties to the Fernwood Shelter at 7979 State Road and the area of 2200 W. Cambria Street.
