Miranda

Henry needs a home

Henry is a young boy who has had it a little rough the first year of his life. He was found as a skinny stray dog, and is now at Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave. His tag number is A21642209.

The dog knows how to sit and come when someone calls his name. He likes other dogs. He is very sweet natured and affectionate, and loves to snuggle with people. He loves treats.

Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••

Leo is a gentle giant

The young tabby is in foster care via Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control.

The cat is good with calm dogs and would make a great cuddle buddy for children.

Magnificent Miranda

Miranda is a stunning gal in her snow white coat, ready to be the belle of the ball. She is in the care of Northeast Animal Rescue.

The 21-month-old cat loves toys, canned food, warm laps, head scratches and, most of all, people and all the attention they can share. She does not get along well with dogs or other cats.

Miranda is spayed and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
