Two zoning issues will be on the agenda at the next monthly meeting of the East Torresdale Civic Association at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, at the Liberty Evangelical Free Church, Linden Avenue and Milnor Street.
One zoning case concerns the expansion of a parking lot for Harbor View Apartments at 9503 State Road. A second zoning case concerns the legalization of a rear, non-enclosed addition to the Taggart House Pub at 9961 Frankford Ave.
