Local business celebrates grand opening of new office

Exit Premier Realty last week celebrated the grand opening of its office at 8021-A Castor Gardens in Rhawnhurst.

The company had been located at 1500 Magee Ave. (at Castor Avenue) in Castor Gardens.

Among those attending the Feb. 20 celebration were state Sen. Anthony Williams, state Rep. Mark Cohen and Tomas Sanchez, a Democratic candidate in the 2nd Senatorial District race. Guests were treated to champagne and cheese.

Cohen was impressed with the new office, calling it larger and more modern and accessible.

“Mario and Exit Realty are an important part of Northeast Philadelphia,” he said of broker Mario Ferreira. “They are very consumer-oriented.” ••
