A burglar’s colorful jacket may provide the key in solving a break-in at a Somerton home last Saturday.
Police have released surveillance video that shows a white guy with short brown hair and a distinctive jacket breaking into a home on the 11000 block of Audubon Ave. The jacket is orange and white with a curved black stripe stretching from the left shoulder to the right hip.
The burglary occurred at about 2:10 p.m. when the crook entered through the front door, ransacked the place and stole a laptop computer. He was last seen walking southbound on Audubon toward Densmore Street. Visit the Philadelphia Police channel on YouTube.com to view the surveillance video.
