An unidentified man with a knife held up a Parkwood 7-Eleven store on March 15. Police hope that surveillance video will help them identify the robber.
The crime occurred at 3224 Byberry Road at about 2:25 a.m. when the bandit burst into the store with knife drawn and demanded money from a clerk. The employee handed an undisclosed amount of cash to the robber, who ran eastbound toward Academy Road. He was described as white, 20 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a medium build. He wore a black hoodie and sunglasses.
