Twelve people were displaced by an early morning Friday house fire on the 1400 block of Rosalie Street in Oxford Circle.
The fire was reported at 2:12 a.m., and firefighters arrived five minutes later to see heavy flames coming out of the rear of the building, according to Capt. Clifford Gilliam.
No injuries were reported, he said.
The Red Cross provided food and clothing to the displaced occupants, according to spokeswoman Janice Winston. She added that they were sheltered by relatives. ••
