American Heritage goes green

The dream team: American Heritage Federal Credit Union employees clean up Frankford Avenue on April 22.

American Heritage Federal Credit Union’s Green Team went to work cleaning up a section of Frankford Avenue on Earth Day, April 22, as part of the Adopt-A-Highway program.

American Heritage employees have adopted two miles of Frankford Avenue (Route 13) between Academy and Knights roads in the Northeast. The credit union’s participation in the Adopt-A-Highway program is part of its strategic goal to “Go Green.” Employees will hold additional cleanups throughout the year. ••
