Lisa Marie DiBiasio
An Academy Gardens woman was arrested on prostitution charges on April 18 after an undercover police officer allegedly responded to her ad in the adult section of a web-based classified page.
The vice squad cop called a phone number in the ad and allegedly arranged to meet Lisa Marie DiBiasio, 24, at a property on the 2000 block of Tremont St. in Bustleton. DiBiasio, of the 9500 block of Fordham Road, allegedly offered to have sex with the officer in exchange for cash.
DiBiasio was charged with promoting prostitution and [engaging in] prostitution and related offenses. Vice cops have conducted numerous stings in the Northeast and Kensington areas in recent weeks, arresting numerous alleged prostitutes, pimps and “Johns.” Police have targeted advertised escort services and massage parlors as well as men who attempt to proposition hookers in the street. ••
