Philadelphia police have re-issued a wanted flier with a surveillance photo of the crook and additional information about the latest heist, which occurred at Citizens Bank, 2516 Welsh Road. Police did not disclose the time of the crime, during which the robber presented a threatening demand note to a teller, indicating that he had a gun. He fled in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Investigators believe that the same man robbed the PNC Bank at 2401 Welsh Road on May 29 , when he also handed a threatening note to a teller and fled with cash. He was described as white, in his early or middle 30s, 6 feet tall, thin, with a beard and mustache, a gray hoodie, black pants and a tattoo on the right side of his neck. He also wore compact audio earphones with a white cord. Call 215–686-TIPS or text to PPD TIP to report information. ••
