Police have released surveillance recordings of a man seen in a Frankford Avenue ShopRite who they said stole 20 cartons of cigarettes.
The man was seen in the store on the 6700 block of Frankford Avenue on June 1 and June 4. He is white, in his 20s and is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. Police said he had jumped over a service counter to swipe the cigarettes.
