Lawndale nightclub worker shot

Northeast Detectives are looking for two men they believe were involved in a June 20 shooting in Lawndale.

Police said one of the two fired a gun into a crowd exiting the Rendezvous Club on the 6300 block of Rising Sun Avenue after 2 a.m., striking a 19-year-old club employee in his left thigh. The gunman fled on foot. The shooting victim was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center, treated for his wound and released.

Police described the gunman as black, 20 years old and wearing a blue shirt, green shorts and blue shoes. The man with him was black, 20, and wearing a blue shirt and jean shorts. Police said the second man returned to the scene wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue pants.
