A man was shot in the face early Saturday morning in Frankford.

Police responded to the 5100 of Valley Street to investigate a gunshot report at 1:53 a.m., and learned a man had been shot and had been taken by private auto to Aria Health’s Frankford campus.

The 34-year-old victim told officers three men drove up to him in a red Honda and shot him, striking his face, police said Monday. There have been no arrests. ••
