An unidentified man walked into a Frankford food store and walked out with a new 12-gauge shotgun on Aug. 5, Philadelphia police say.

The theft occurred at about 9 p.m. at Pedritos Food Market, 1725 Bridge St., when the thief entered the store, walked to the rear kitchen, picked up the shotgun, concealed it in his pants and fled in an unknown direction. He was described as black, 20 years old with a stocky build, thin beard, black shirt and black pants. Visit the Philadelphia Police channel on YouTube.com to see surveillance video.
