Police have not released the name of the victim or any information about possible shooters in the slaying of a man on a Frankford street early last Thursday.
Shots were fired shortly after midnight on the 4300 block of Penn St., near Church Street, according to published reports. Police found a 34-year-old man with wounds of the head and torso. A half-dozen shell casings were found at the scene, 6ABC reported. The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead that morning. ••
