Members of the Mayfair Business Association learned of various changes coming to the commercial corridor during their recent monthly meeting at Prudential Prime Real Estate, 7341 Frankford Ave.

Frusco’s Steaks, at Frankford Avenue and Wellington Street, closed on New Year’s Eve. The property is for sale.

Wit or Witout, at 7352 Frankford Ave., announced on Monday that it had closed.

Steve’s Bug Off, 8046 Frankford Ave., will be building a butterfly pavilion/rain forest on its property. It’ll open tentatively in June.
