2nd Police District
• There were 17 robberies reported in the district during the period, including 11 that occurred in the street at 500 Van Kirk St. (Dec. 15), 900 Bridge St. (Dec. 16), 2000 Englewood St. (Dec. 17), 2100 Magee Ave. (Dec. 18), 1100 Comly St. (Dec. 21), 500 Adams Ave. (Dec. 21), 500 Van Kirk St. (Dec. 23), 2300 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 23), 1400 Oakmont St. (Dec. 17), 1400 Shelmire Ave. (Dec. 20) and 6800 Frontenac St. (Dec. 18). Six robberies occurred at businesses at 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 27), 6600 Castor Ave. (Dec. 17), 7200 Castor Ave. (Dec. 18), 5700 Oxford Ave. (Dec. 26), 6900 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 24) and Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue (Dec. 23).
• Seven aggravated assaults were reported to police, including five that occurred in the street at 1500 Stevens St. (Dec. 22), 5900 Malta St. (Dec. 23), 2300 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 27), 1200 Magee Ave. (Dec. 28) and 7200 Dungan Road (Dec. 17). Robberies also occurred at a residence at 1200 Unruh Ave. (Dec. 21) and a business at 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 20).
• Among 23 burglaries reported in the district, 20 involved residences at 500 Adams Ave. (Dec. 24), 7400 Algon Ave. (Dec. 20), 900 Disston St. (Dec. 15), 5800 Newtown Ave. (Dec. 16), 1400 Higbee St. (Dec. 20), 1300 Magee Ave. (Dec. 20), 500 Alcott St. (Dec. 20), 500 Rosalie St. (Dec. 22), 600 Mayfair St. (Dec. 27), 500 E. Godfrey Ave. (Dec. 17), 500 Unruh Ave. (Dec. 20), 200 Comly St. (Dec. 27), 7300 Dungan Road (Dec. 15), 7900 Langdon St. (Dec. 21), 6000 Tabor Ave. (Dec. 15), 200 Passmore St. (Dec. 20), 500 Allengrove St. (Dec. 24), 7000 Large St. (Dec. 28), 7900 Langdon St. (Dec. 28) and 1900 Ripley St. (Dec. 28). Burglaries also occurred at a business at 6300 Rising Sun Ave. (Dec. 17) and two unspecified types of properties at 7900 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 16) and 6400 Palmetto St. (Dec. 26).
• There were 113 thefts reported in the district, including 48 at businesses, 13 in the street, eight at residences and two at schools, along with nine auto thefts and 33 thefts from autos.
7th Police District
• Six robberies were reported to police, two of which occurred in the street at 10100 Verree Road (Dec. 16) and 9000 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 27). There also were two robberies at businesses at 100 Byberry Road (Dec. 17) and 900 Red Lion Road (Dec. 6), along with two at residences at 11600 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 15) and 800 Herschel Road (Dec. 16).
• There were six aggravated assaults during the period, including three at residences at 9500 Clark St. (Dec. 25) and 10100 Ferndale St. (two on Dec. 26). Aggravated assaults also occurred in the street at 11000 Rennard St. (Dec. 21), at a school at 8800 Verree Road (Dec. 18) and at a recreation center at 13000 Kelvin Ave. (Dec. 28).
• Fifteen burglaries were reported to police, including 12 that involved residences at 1900 Fuller St. (Dec. 15), 2000 Montour St. (Dec. 20), 1800 Beyer Ave. (Dec. 27), 1900 Conwell Ave. (Dec. 17), 1200 Herschel Road (Dec. 25), 500 Burgess St. (Dec. 16), 1600 Solly Ave. (Dec. 18), 13500 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 20), 10100 Bridle Road (Dec. 16), 9900 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 26), 8200 Frontenac St. (Dec. 22) and 9900 Woodfern Road (Dec. 21). Burglaries also occurred at two businesses at 11000 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 17) and 9300 Krewstown Road (Dec. 22) along with 8100 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 16).
• There were 38 thefts reported in the district, including nine in the street, eight at businesses, two at residences and one at an unspecified type of location. There also were two auto thefts and 16 thefts from autos during the period.
8th Police District
• Five robberies were reported during the period, three of which occurred at businesses at 9200 State Road (Dec. 18), 2800 Willits Road (Dec. 16) and 400 Franklin Mills Circle (Dec. 27), while one occurred in , the street at 2800 Solly Ave. (Dec. 18) and one at a residence at 2700 Rhawn St. (Dec. 21).
• There were six aggravated assaults reported to police, including three that occurred in the street at 3100 Grant Ave. (two on Dec. 20) and 2700 Grant Ave. (Dec. 24), as well as two at residences at 3400 Morrell Ave. (Dec. 24) and 8000 Erdrick St. (Dec. 25). Another aggravated assault occurred at a city prison at 8000 State Road (Dec. 15).
• Nine burglaries were reported in the district, with four occurring at businesses at 8600 Torresdale Ave. (three on Dec. 25) and an unspecified location in Philadelphia Mills mall (Dec. 28). Four residences also were burglarized at 4100 Rhawn St. (Dec. 18), 4400 Crosland Road (Dec. 18), 3500 Woodhaven Road (Dec. 17) and 2700 Northview Road (Dec. 17), while one burglary occurred at an unspecified type of property at 2300 Welsh Road (Dec. 16).
• There were 63 thefts reported in the district, including 31 at businesses, eight in the street, five at residences and one at a city prison. There also were nine auto thefts and nine thefts from autos during the period.
15th Police District
• Thirty-two robberies were reported in the district, 26 of which occurred in the street at 1200 Kenwyn St. (Dec. 15 and 23), 1900 Kinsey St. (Dec. 16), 1600 Wakeling St. (Dec. 17), 1300 Unity St. (Dec. 17), 7500 Cottage St. (Dec. 17), Penn and Sanger streets (Dec. 22), Bridge and Penn streets (Dec. 22 and 27), 1600 Pratt St. (Dec. 22), 2000 Robbins St. (Dec. 23), 5300 Penn St. (Dec. 24), 5200 Horrocks St. (Dec. 24), 5400 Oxford Ave. (Dec. 24), 4400 Comly St. (Dec. 24), 4400 Penn St. (Dec. 24), 1600 E. Cheltenham Ave. (Dec. 24), 5100 Penn St. (Dec. 26), 5200 Penn St. (Dec. 26), 2900 Robbins St. (Dec. 27), 4700 Oakland St. (Dec. 26), 4700 Shelmire Ave. (Dec. 15), 6500 Cottage St. (Dec. 17), 5100 Leiper St. (Dec. 18), 5300 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 22) and 5000 Aramingo Ave. (Dec. 26). • There were 28 aggravated assaults reported in during the period, including 16 that occurred in the street at 1300 E. Cheltenham Ave. (Dec. 19), 4400 Cottman Ave. (six on Dec. 21), 4700 Mulberry St. (Dec. 23), 4200 Paul St. (Dec. 28), 5000 Ditman St. (Dec. 26), 4500 Ditman St. (two on Dec. 16), 6600 Gillespie St. (Dec. 18), 5800 Hegerman St. (Dec. 17), 5500 Torresdale Ave. (Dec. 22) and 6800 Cottage St. (Dec. 26). Twelve other aggravated assaults occurred at residences at 5800 Saul St. (Dec. 18), 6300 Glenloch St. (Dec. 16), 4600 Leiper St. (Dec. 22), 5100 Marlow St. (Dec. 15), 900 Allengrove St. (Dec. 28), 3200 Englewood St. (Dec. 27), 4500 Tackawanna St. (Dec. 20), 2000 Carver St. (Dec. 21), 4600 Griscom St. (Dec. 21), 5000 Homestead St. (Dec. 25), 3000 Hellerman St. (Dec. 28) and 1900 Berkshire St. (Dec. 15).
• Among 18 burglaries reported to police, 14 involved residences at 4500 Melrose St. (Dec. 15), 7100 Torresdale Ave. (Dec. 19), 2100 Betts St. (Dec. 28), 3300 Longshore Ave. (Dec. 16), 4900 Charles St. (Dec. 17), 5100 Jackson St. (Dec. 17), 3300 Brighton St. (Dec. 21), 5200 Burton St. (Dec. 25), 4300 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 27), 4800 Thompson St. (Dec. 20), 2100 Orthodox St. (Dec. 17), 4700 Tacony St. (Dec. 23), 3000 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 19) and 6100 Vandike St. (Dec. 22). Burglaries also occurred at three businesses at 4300 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 24), 1900 Bridge St. (Dec. 20) and 4200 Leiper St. (Dec. 26), along with an unspecified type of property at 4700 James St. (Dec. 20).
• There were 118 thefts reported in the district, including 29 in the street, 23 at businesses, 15 at residences and one at a public transportation facility. There also were 31 auto thefts and 19 thefts from autos during the period. ••
