2nd Police District
• There were nine robberies reported in the district during the period, including five that occurred in the street at 1400 Hellerman St. (Jan. 8), 5800 Summerdale Ave. (Jan. 4), 5500 Langdon St. (Jan. 6), 500 E. Cheltenham Ave. (Jan. 10) and 6300 Loretto Ave. (Jan. 1).
• Six aggravated assaults were reported to police, including four that occurred in the street at 7600 Roosevelt Blvd. (Jan. 2), 6400 Palmetto St. (Jan. 4), 6500 Rising Sun Ave. (Jan. 7) and 1300 McKinley St. (Jan. 1). There also were two aggravated assaults at residences at 1400 Kerper St. (Dec. 29) and 7000 Rising Sun Ave. (Jan. 1).
• Among 14 burglaries reported in the district, 11 involved residences at 7200 Saul St. (Dec. 31), 7200 Whitaker Ave. (Jan. 2), 6100 Algon Ave. (Jan. 5), 2000 Faunce St. (Dec. 30), 1700 Vista St. (Dec. 30), 900 Granite St. (Dec. 31), 1900 Borbeck Ave. (Jan. 6), 2100 Faunce St. (Jan. 8), 800 Loney St. (Jan. 10), 7500 Palmetto St. (Dec. 31) and 6600 Horrocks St. (Jan. 8). Burglaries also occurred at two businesses at 2000 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 29) and 500 Adams Ave. (Jan. 4), along with one place of worship at 6000 Colgate St. (Jan. 4).
• There were 70 thefts reported during the period, including 21 at businesses, 10 in the street, five at residences and one at a school, along with 20 auto thefts and 13 thefts from autos.
7th Police District
• There were no robberies reported in the district during the period.
• One aggravated assault was reported during the period. It occurred in the street at 800 Rennard St. (Jan. 1).
• Eight burglaries were reported to police, including seven that involved residences at 2300 Fuller St. (Dec. 31), 1000 Foster St. (Jan. 4), 400 Woodhaven Road (Dec. 29), 2000 Barlow St. (Dec. 31), 9100 Old Bustleton Ave. (Jan. 5), 10700 Haldeman Ave. (Jan. 5) and 2200 Winchester Ave. (Jan. 5). One burglary occurred at an unspecified type of property at 1700 Tomlinson Road (Jan. 5).
• There were 32 thefts reported during the period, including eight that occurred at businesses, six in the street and three at residences. There also were two auto thefts and 13 thefts from autos reported to police.
8th Police District
• One robbery was reported in the district. It occurred in the street at Brandon and Corry roads (Jan. 1).
• There were two aggravated assaults reported during the period, one of which occurred in the street at 12500 Chilton Road (Dec. 30) and another at a school at 11000 Knights Road (Jan. 7).
• Among six burglaries reported to police, three involved residences at 8700 Ditman St. (Jan. 10), 2600 Tremont St. (Dec. 29) and 10800 Keswick Road (Dec. 30), while three occurred at businesses at 9900 Frankford Ave. (Jan. 9), 2700 Commerce Way (Jan. 10) and 3200 Red Lion Road (Jan. 10).
• There were 41 thefts reported in the district, including 24 at businesses, eight in the street, two at residences and one at a medical facility. There also were two auto thefts and four thefts from autos during the period.
15th Police District
• There were 25 robberies reported to police, including 18 that occurred in the street at 5300 Penn St. (Dec. 29), 5100 Saul St. (Dec. 31), 4400 Marple St. (Jan. 3), 5400 Penn St. (Jan. 5), 4500 Frankford Ave. (Jan. 5), 4900 Frankford Ave. (Jan. 6), 1300 Harrison St. (Jan. 8), 1900 Berkshire St. (Jan. 10), 4200 Penn St. (Jan. 2), 5100 Whitaker Ave. (Jan. 3), 7300 Torresdale Ave. (Dec. 29), 7900 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 29), 6500 Harbison Ave. (Dec. 30), 1600 Margaret St. (Jan. 3), 5200 Frankford Ave. (Jan. 3), 4900 Frankford Ave. (Jan. 5), 7500 Roosevelt Blvd. (Jan. 6) and Frankford Avenue and Orthodox Street (Jan. 6). Five robberies occurred at businesses at 7300 State Road (Jan. 9), 5200 Harbison Ave. (Dec. 30), 6000 Harbison Ave. (Jan. 4), 4000 Creston St. (Jan. 6) and 7900 Frankford Ave. (Jan. 8), while two occurred at residences at 4200 Hellerman St. (Dec. 31) and 2000 Haworth St. (Jan. 1).
• Nine aggravated assaults were reported to police, five of which occurred in the street at 7300 Roosevelt Blvd. (Jan. 10), 6000 Torresdale Ave. (Jan. 1), 4700 Decatur St. (Jan. 7), 5100 Leiper St. (Dec. 30) and 1600 Bridge St. (Jan. 3), while four occurred at residences at 2100 Orthodox St. (Jan. 1), 4700 Marple St. (Jan. 10), 2100 Granite St. (Jan. 1) and 7100 Vandike St. (Jan. 8).
• There were 10 burglaries reported during the period, including eight that involved residences at 4000 Shelmire Ave. (Dec. 31), 1900 Bridge St. (Jan. 5), 3100 Unruh Ave. (Jan. 2), 6300 Cottage St. (Jan. 5), 6300 Leonard St. (Jan. 6), 4200 Passmore St. (Jan. 6), 3100 Saint Vincent St. (Jan. 10) and 1300 Sellers St. (Jan. 5). Two additional burglaries occurred at businesses at 7100 Frankford Ave. (Jan. 2) and 4700 Princeton Ave. (Jan. 8).
• Among 81 thefts reported in the district, 20 occurred at businesses, 18 in the street and nine at residences. There also were 23 auto thefts and 11 thefts from autos reported during the period. ••
