Flasher reported in Russo Park

An unidentified flasher exposed himself to an 11-year-old boy in Russo Park last Thursday, Philadelphia police say.

The boy reported the incident at about 4 p.m., stating that an unknown man in his 40s or early 50s approached him in the park at 7300 Torresdale Ave. and attempted to engage him in conversation. That’s when the victim noticed that the man’s genitals were exposed. The boy went home and told his mother.
