A heavy guy in a blue Toyota picked the wrong time and place to let his pants down, Philadelphia police say.
A 13-year-old girl was walking along the 6900 block of Algon Ave. near J. Hampton Moore School last Thursday at about 10:15 a.m. when she looked toward the blue car and noticed that the man inside had his genitals exposed. She reported the incident to authorities.
The flasher was described as white with a heavy build. He was driving a newer model Toyota sedan with a blue paint job. Police did not disclose additional details. ••
