Police seek help in locating missing teen

Philadelphia police seek the public’s help in finding a 14-year-old girl who went missing from her former home in Wissinoming last weekend.

Canija Scott formerly lived on the 6300 block of Ditman St. She was last seen there at about 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. She has not returned to her current home on the 1500 block of N. 11th St., where she lives with her grandmother.

Scott was described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown eyes and shoulder-length dark hair. She was wearing black boots, blue jeans and a dark blue jacket. Call Northeast Detectives at 215–686–3153 to report information about her. ••
